111 is the NHS non-emergency number. It's fast, easy and free. Call 111 and speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

 

If you’re Deaf and want to use the phone service, you can use the NHS 111 British Sign Language service available in your country:

How NHS 111 works

You answer questions about your symptoms on the website, or by speaking to a fully trained adviser on the phone.

You can ask for a translator if you need one.

Depending on the situation you’ll:

  • find out what local service can help you
  • be connected to a nurse, emergency dentist, pharmacist or GP
  • get a face-to-face appointment if you need one
  • be told how to get any medicine you need
  • get self-care advice

For GP, Nurse and Healthcare Assistant appointments during evenings or weekend (6:30pm - 8:30pm Monday to Friday and 8:00am - 8:00pm on Saturday and Sunday) please book an appointment at one of these locations:

Extended Access

Since 1st October 2022, there are some changes to this service which is now provided by our Primary Care Network (PCN)- South West Haringey. Patients can access an appointment at our practice site on:

  • Monday to Friday: 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm
  • Saturday: 09:00 am – 5:00 pm

Please contact us during opening hours to book an appointment. You will be offered an appointment with a clinician on site or a remote telephone appointment.

Appointments are available with a GP, Practice Nurse, Health Care Assistant or an Advanced Nurse Practitioner. Alternatively, you can request to have an appointment at one of our PCN practices. Please ask our Patient Support Team for more information.
