Practice Management

Aslam’s role is to manage all of the operational  aspects of the practice.  This includes ensuring that the right systems are in place to provide high quality patient care.  It also includes all aspects of Human Resources (HR) finance, premises and equipment and information technology. Aslam support the clinical team and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.

Our receptionists are the initial contact point for general enquiries.  All of our receptionists are trained care navigators and can therefore provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person/organisation depending on your health issue or query. Our receptionists also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription enquiries, dealing with financial claims, dealing with patient records and carrying out searches and practice audits.
