We are currently running a full telephone triage system as advised by Public Health England.

If you feel you need to speak to a clinician then please contact the surgery reception on 0207 272 8823. There will be no pre-bookable appointments available. If you have previously be given an appointment it will be converted into a telephone consultation. Do not attend the surgery. You will be contacted on the day of your appointment by a clinician to discuss how we can help you.

Please make every effort to avoid attending the surgery given the risk this will pose to your own health and that of our staff. Please expect that our phone lines will be busier than usual and you may have to wait longer than expected to receive a call back.

Note due to the high volume of enquiries it may take longer for us to get back to you and please bear with us during these difficult circumstances.

We are in the process of developing and improving the Practice to ensure the needs of our patients’ are met

Welcome to 157 Medical Practice, which is now managed by Federated4Health (with effect from 23 July 2019). We are now in the process of developing and improving the Practice to ensure the needs of our patients’ are met. Our first steps have been to introduce several GPs/Advanced Nurse Practitioners to the existing team, with the aim of providing more appointments and hence a better service for our patients. Please bear with us during the coming months, as we start to implement improvements, both to the premises and the general management of the Practice.

Our new website has been designed to make it easy for you to gain instant access to the information you need. As well as specific practice details such as opening hours and how to register, you’ll find a wealth of useful pages covering a wide range of health issues along with links to other relevant medical organisations.
